Re: milk

before my wife, i still drank milk daily....my wife's dad worked as a respirotory therapist in a hospital when she was litte and he would not let any of his family drink dairy....so when she married me, she refused to buy dairy and in short time i was dairy free....but i still enjoy ice cream as a treat when we are on the road...but we seldom buy ice cream at home except for the traditional birthday.....so old habits are hard to break when your not willing to be 100% broken.

milk is bad stuff, do not consume it on a daily basis, that is my suggestion. being 100% dairy free is a good thing.

my kids don't drink milk, even though in the usa, the government demans school children be supplied with plentiful/free milk...and today, you need a doctor's written paper to stop day care providers from poisoning the kids with milk against the parents desires. milk and all large farming is owned by government...commercial farming is evil to many degrees.
