Thiols and Aluminum

My heavy metal tests indicate I have a very high level of Aluminum and a moderate level of Mercury.

I've been reading about the role of simple Thiols and how they can create a reaction by recirculating the Mercury.

Does anyone know if this applies to Aluminum as well?

The Thiol-reaction concept is very frustrating because before I read about it, I though I was doing good by eating high Thiol containing foods.
