I'm with you on this too Mouseclick. 

I did the same with experimental heavy cardio in a fast (i think for the first 4 days).  To tell you the truth, the exercise itself was going fine, but i felt "very" stressed at bedtime and upon awakening, instead of experiencing the beautiful relaxed state i had grown to love about fasting.  Now i believe all the folks that were saying it shouldn't be done ;)... but now i know it from first hand experience and was thus able to remove any and all nagging doubts :).
