I agree with jhan that mild exercise is absolutely crucial to recovery. I encourage you to seek ways to build your immune system, rather than only focusing on the yeast. This is key to overcoming the condition, because that is really what you are dealing with - an impairment of the immune system. I have been free of yeast overgrowth for some time now, but I continue to build my immune system. Dealing with the yeast is only part of the journey for most of us. It can be done, I assure you.
