Re: EASTER by MH

"so i suggest anyone with $$$$$$$$$$$$???? go spend it, buy land, buy anything you can enjoy now...spend it, before you loose it! "

If we buy land or own land now, what will stop the government/blue bloods from taking it from you when the dollar scam finally unravels completely? To me nobody can really own anything as long as these elite types are controlling the world, ownership is just another illusion.

How can one become self sufficient if he doesn't own land to grow food on or land to live on? I dont understand how any country can claim that this is MY land because they had the biggest guns and most aggressive attitude..

I do agree that we must become self sufficient and that the barter system hold some benefits. However, the barter system seems to hold back human advances especially technology. Will people have time to develop the next technological advances? What does one barter for a new jacuzzi, car, airplance trip to another country for vacations, an entertainment baseball game or concert...

To me it seems that the best way to move society forward is to completely get away from money and trade. Where instead everything is shared and technology is advanced far enough that basic needs of life are provided by the labors of technology and machines. Sounds idealistic and maybe unrealistic, but it could be possible if humanity can let go of their selfishness, egos, lazy ways and instead look at everybody as an extension of oneself.
