I would like to encourage you to
calm yourself and steel your
imagination, since especially
as a mother, deworming yourself
is saying YES to you and you
would do no less for your child
if you found pinworms wiggling
out of their bum.

parasites are sort of a fact of
life, just as are the teeny tiny
mites who live on our body and
feed off of dead skin. The most
beautiful model has them and
most of the population also has
or has had parasites in their
lives.

Most often, you will not see
living parasites although I have
helped some others deworm who
have. This is easily handled if
you are squeamish by not looking
into the toilet to see what you
are flushing. "Better out than in"
should become your mantra and you
should waste not time in setting
up a protocol for yourself to
clean up your act. Your symptoms
do seem to indicate parasites for
sure, but also an overgrowth of
intestinal yeast, known as candida.
That you are catching on at an
early age is a good sign and there
is much hope for you to regain
your health. It will take time
and focus, but I am sure you have
that kind of strength. It will
take about as much time to fully
regain your health as the time
it took to let it slip away but
trust me, being there for your
family and yourself will be worth
the effort. If fear is your
biggest challenge at the moment,
face it and work through it. I
would imagine that there would
be less to fear evicting parasites
than to be in denial and allow them
to remain within your body.
