"I'm not new to fasting, but I seem to fall back to the concept whenever something in my life just doesn't seem to be going to plan and I need some drastic change.. it just seems to fix my problems ranging from Depression to even the hips growing a bit too much .. it just seems to make me happy and eases the brain a bit or so it feels .."

Just a reminder of something you probably already know... if you're going to eat a normal meal in 14 days, you might consider fasting only 9 or possibly 10 days so you will be far better prepared digestively.
