Green tea for low blood pressure?

Hi,

Can anyone help? I tried a Water Fast for 2 days but on day 3 I got very dizzy, even a couple of hours after I broke the fast.

I think my blood pressure dropped, and that's consistent with what I read about the benefits of fasting for people affected by hypertention.

I'd like to try again but I don't know how to regulate my blood pressure.

Could I drink green tea or black tea o add some salt to my water? Or, what else? Would it still be water fast?

thanks a lot

S.
