Congratulations on your first liver flush. Now, be sure and flush until you see no more stones. I flushed every 2-3 weeks until the stones became fewer and fewer.

I wish I had known about oil swishing when I first began liver flushing. I have just oil swished the last year or two. I usually flush until the oil is very thin. Then I know to spit it out and rinse my mouth thoroughly. I brush my teeth, too, after I oil swish. I swish in the morning and at night. Yesterday morning, I was telling a dental student about oil swishing. She smiled and said, "Interesting," but I could tell she thought I was out of my mind...........
