Re: It puzzles me
It puzzles me when I see someone who goes against the grain of common-sense opinion, to the extent they seem to deliberately blast out information that is misleading or inaccurate. I especially deplore this when they hold positions of responsibility or authority.
The people that do this seem to be quite intelligent and methodical, and I have to wonder if their manipulation is deliberate.
Fuhrman says this about the Weston Price Foundation:

The article is titled "Deadly dietary myths" and starts "Conclusive scientific warnings notwithstanding, people continue to flock to diets like these because a) they reinforce existing bad habits, and b) numerous organizations encourage this behavior."
Campbell spontaneously laughs when asked about Weston Price in the first 10 seconds of this video

I now find that the deceased Dr Stephen Byrnes, was actually the Reverend Doctor Stephen Byrnes.

My question is, why is it that people who have such uncompromising self centred beliefs that seem to go against the grain of common sense scientific conclusions are always religious?
Is it just me or what? Or do other people find this?
