Thanks for replying. I've never had hemorrhoids, so I was wondering. The blood went away by the next day -it's just scary to see blood in your stools! Are hemorrhoids permanent? I was wondering if maybe some Gallstones broke a vessel or somethign on their way out , as I hadn't that many apples or apple juice the day of. Next time I'll be more serious about softening the stones. Anyway, I took some soaked whole psyllium seeds to sooth the colon and some natural bulking agents to soften the stools too.

Still, I hope it doesn't happen again!
