Re: Does the Grandma Nada flush work ?
It is interesting that in these 9 recipes there is so much variation, including and perhaps especially the posture to get ourselves into after drinking the oil.
Hulda: lay flat on your back with your head high on a pillow.
Kelly: Go Immediately to Bed, "face down." Pull your right knee fully upwards, towards your right shoulder. A pillow under your left shoulder will help. Now relax into this position, and then shift your weight to your right side. Keep your right knee held fully upwards, to your chest. Using a TIMER, hold this position for 30 minutes
Another: Lay down on your right side with knees to your chest in fetal position.
Another variation on this: Lay down on right side, hip on 2 pillows.
And of course there is Grandma Nada who instructs us to drink the oil then "walk all night", which i have to say seems a bit comical. "Just go ahead and skip a night of sleep, you'll be fine "sonny" ". And if the action is taking place in the first 30 minutes, why walk "all night"?
I have only done the lay on right side, knees up... and actually included a pillow in the most recent one.
For people who have tried the different postures and compared, which do you feel has been the most effective...
and could it be that for optimal results we should alternate them in the hopes of getting stones from different regions of the liver each time?
