Re: Is water fasting effective for weight loss?

hi chrisb1,

"yes, I think PACE, which stands for (Progressively Accelerating Cardiopulmonary Exertion) (try saying that after a couple of glasses of organic red wine!!)"

i tried it stone sober and messed it up bad :).

Can you explain what a "rebounder" is?

"Twin B, using Dr. Sears' PACE© system, had dropped 18 pounds of fat, built 9 pounds of muscle and had a very healthy body fat of 10%."

This sounds fascinating... but i am amazed that (6) 50 yard sprints per day could lead to 9 pounds of muscle gain over 4 months. I can understand it super-charging our cardiopulmonary system, but 9 pounds of muscle? What do you feel accounts for this?
