Re: 2nd Liver Flush -Results So Far...

Hi NoWallFlower,

"One thing I did this time that really helped me get and KEEP the OO (Olive-Oil) down was to eat small pieces of pickled ginger (just had it in the cabinet – I think candied ginger would be good too) in between each drink of OO (Olive-Oil) and it really made it much easier. I am sure the ginger helped my nausea this time as I had NONE and last time I was very close to vomiting in the middle of the night."

Sounds great. What to others think about this, any contra-indications to the "pickled" aspect? I keep wanting to try some ginger juice (instead of coca cola) mixed with the Olive oil and grapefruit juice but have chickened out the last 2 times. Do people have experience with that, and how has it worked? I am looking for something to make the OO (Olive-Oil) more palatable.

"Well.. what do you think? Were these tomato skins?"

Just an opinion, I believe it very well could have been tomato skins, especially if your bowels were not squeaky clean (in which case they would likely not just be coming out 2 days later).

"I have not done the parasite cleanse.. I am going to do research on one and start it now, before my next flush."

Me too. All i have done is 3 spaced out distilled water with garlic juice enemas 10-20 hours after taking the olive oil... and it seems i got one definate (1/2 inch long) white worm? out among possible others that i could not see.
