I do feel that, for me, doing the Liver-Flush at the beginning of my cycle is definitely not a good idea as I get tired, etc. However, I'm pretty much back to normal by the end, so we'll see how it goes.
I know what you mean about the liver being the seat of emotions - I've become so intolerant and inflexible these past many years. YOu know, after doing just one liver flush, I felt that I had become a little more tolerant of some people aruond me - just one flush! I've read many times that people with allergies are also intolerant of people and this goes back to the liver. I'm looking forward to becoming more understanding, accepting and compassionate towards people, as that is how I would want them to treat me. There's mental work involved (and taking responsibility for your actions and not blaming your health for your behavior), but I've realized these past few years that physiology and nutrition have a part to play as well.
Btw, Southern Belle, I enjoyed your post on the benefits of flushing and was reading it every once in awhile to encourage myself to do it! I finally did and I'm so glad. Thank you!
