27 hours and still counting... that is great, especially on the tail of your 24 hour fast just a couple days ago. What was your secret in making it past 24 hours this time?
One thing i almost always try to do is at least make it to sleep and get 8 more free hours of fasting. Often my cravings are strongest right as i lay down for the night. Another ploy... i tell myself that if i am still craving outrageously in the morning i can eat then... and almost always by then i am not, and even if i am, i don't eat, instead i do the other things we've discussed to help alleviate the hunger ;).
I almost always have been able to achieve the minimum goal i set which has usually been 7 days, or actually 7.33. My longest so far has been 14 (14.33), but this only recently discovered site has actually inspired me to go quite a bit deeper, perhaps 21 days or longer next time around. I am agressively and with joy building up a healthy base for that now.
