Thanks for your good advice. I looked up the LBB formula, & Formula #1, though, and must say that I am too delicately constituted (not ill, just never been a robust person from childhood) to take all those (energetically speaking) "cold" liver-type herbs. It would weaken me, I am sure, as such herbs have, in the past. I think I will go with all the walking, 2 miles a day to start. Also, I will try magnesium (not EPSOM Salts). I don't have severe constipation troubles, but I do think they could be somewhat easier.
