Re: Adrenal and low thyroid

I found the stopthethyroidmadness.com website to be incredibly helpful. A blood test did not confirm that I had adrenal problems, but that site said urine tests are much better. They showed me that I had the symptoms of low adrenal. I started taking Isocort, off the counter, which helped a whole lot. (YOu have to take it for several week to feel the difference.) Then I had a doctor who gave me the urine test and said Yes I did need some hydrocortisone adrenal support. The good news is that you can get off the adrenal pills, after awhile, if your case hasn't advanced that far.
