Don't be afraid of enemas!
Five years ago, the idea freaked me out, too. But the results convinced me they are definitely worth the weirdness. I started with the disdained Fleet enema, and even if it is small, it still worked wonders. I still don't like the sensation of putting anything up my butt ;) and I'm also kind of afraid of what's lurking up there, to be drawn out. It's nicer to pretend nothing nasty exists inside me!
Anyway, you must talk yourself into doing an enema. Drive to another town's store, if you want, to purchase some little Fleets, or generic Fleets. I used to be shy, but I throw these in my cart three at a time now. ;) Also buy a regular enema bag set at a pharmacy like Walgreens. Look in the feminine hygiene section by douches, if they aren't in the fiber/pepto-bismol section.
At home, make sure you won't be interrupted. It's nice when you have a large-enough bathroom for lying on the floor, with the door locked. Some people put a towel in the bathtub, and lie in there. Spread towels, have Vaseline handy, maybe a book to read, or the TV on for distraction. Then you just have to lie down and do it, ugh!
You can use a single Fleet bottle several times within an hour - just wash it out with warm water, soap, and refill it. Smear Vaseline on the tip again, and also around your butthole. You can fill a glass
quart with filtered water and heat it in the microwave, for refilling the Fleet (or the enema bag). I have tremendously more success when I stir in a few teaspoons of vinegar. It really gets out the nastiest stuff and lots of candida. Repeat enemas until the water passes back out clear. The nice thing about Fleets is how you can finally just toss it, not clean it and air-dry like enema bag sets. Another thing I've recently tried (I'm NOT an expert, beware) is using a half-Fleetbottle of coconut oil. It's so much more gentle than vinegar, and it kills yeast. Peanut oil is not good for yeast, but it softens hard stools.
I hope that I am encouraging somebody to try an enema for the first time. Years ago during my first P&B cleanse, I wasn't passing anything, until I finally tried an enema each morning. Then the adventures really began, exciting times. If you are stopped up and bloated, don't put any more fiber in there! Read about enemas, look on youtube, then just do one and become a believer yourself. :)
