Everybody needs oil and the minimum you should be getting each day is 2 T.. Now if you are Water Fasting leave that to Chris and the guys. Of course then no oils.

A body needs oils and getting the right kind of oil is so important. Olive oil is expensive in America. So even on a diet to loose weight you will need some kind of oils, not fried.
