Great article Chrisb1, I have been a fan of Aajonus Vonderplanitz, for a few years and if you read his story you find that originally he was a fruitarian and switched due to the many health problems he encountered.

I did not realize if you were 75 percent raw you are consider a raw fooder so indeed I have been a raw fooder for a long time. If you search my forum you will find tons of articles on raw food as I post almost daily on the subject.
