That is probably due to the nature of Klinefelter's Syndrome, which is a congenital condition that results in an extra chromosome. There is no alternative or conventional therapy either one which can correct such a condition and as far as I know about the only therapy is testosterone therapy, whether actual testosterone from mainstream medicine or testosterone boosters from herbal and alternative.
