IMO the biggest rash issues come when NON organic things are zapped in the blood like Lead/Mercury.

Before Rife and the Cutler protocol we used to get real funny coatings on the electrodes as well as filthy electrode socks. For all of us and there is actually 5 still using the SPs our socks are now as clean as day one and the electrodes do not attract the black crud as they did before.

Certainly PH is a non issue since Blood PH only alters in minute levels…
