you make an excellent point..yes it takes energy to laugh ..in fact it takes energy to do most things..whether we think of them as stressful or not..talking, laughing, moving all take adrenal energy..the less we have the less we respond do our environement in either good or negative ways..we becomes in effect switched off!!

Depressed people.. would not I think have high adrenal energy..feeling depressed in itself is very stressful and creates a vicious cycle..

adrenally depleteted people can also easily be depressed.

I just wish my friend whom I gave the book too, would read it and use it! but sadly She is depressed and therefore not able to motivate herself..even though its really easy!
