Isn't it annoying to try to fast and not be able to? I wish there was a cheap clinic to go to at the end of the day to hold me accountable, or a cheap (better yet, FREE) resort.
I've even tried to reach out to other fasters, and to read old journals/blog posts when I was able to fast. I also wear bracelets and rings to remind myself that I want to fast, or repeat the reasons why I'm fasting in my head.
I just want to do a week or so and then eat healthy. I've done 8 days before. How can it be so hard?
