Re: Willow, another thing...
As I get into round six of Humaworm, I decided to go without HumaCleanse for the day.
My spirits rose this morning, and a skin problem barely, just barely, began to subside.
I have suspected many causes for the skin difficulty, etc., including chelating mercury, which I have been doing by eating cilantro, parsley, etc...in small amounts, frequently...but only once per day. (My tooth conditions may be at the base of it.)
However, I read that sulfurous veggies, etc., can stir up mercury that is then not firmly bound enough to carry the metal out of the body.
As near as I know, garlic and avocadoes are two of these veggies, among several others.
I also know that cooking releases sulfur from most veggies, and so are to be avoided when dealing with too much mercury.
I was hoping the HumaCleanse would bind tighter to heavy metals and carry them on out.
Perhaps I was doing this too quickly, or something, and therefore felt rather poorly, in some ways.
Then, this a.m., dh brought me a nice piece of chocolate, which has been kept in cool cupboard as 'private stock', and to keep some us from pigging out on it.
Eureka!
Maybe it is the chocolate with almonds that has been irritating the skin problem something awful.
I just don't know. Back to experimenting.
Just thought I'd throw that in, in case it means anything to you.
My best,
F.
