That's the million $ question. Everyone's definition of reliability is slight different. Honestly, my 1st choice would still be Ancient Minerals. Why? It's a more whole product and it's recommended by Dr. Mark Sircus. It's a matter of whether you trust Dr. Mark Sircus or the filtration method as described by that particular Nigari manufacturer. A lot of products don't live up to their claims. You just have to try and decide it on your own.
