Re: Chinese Medicine
For the most part, they don't use tinctures/syrups and accupuncture pretty much a joke....but they have the longest historical use of herbs, snakes, spiders and toxic crap.....not anything I ever had interest in.
The human body will cure its self when allowed; that first means you don't eat a tiger's balls in belief it will make you powerful.....you don't eat deer antlers in belief it makes you mr. stud.........you don't eat every creature that crawls/swims and eating cats and dogs just not cool at all. Eating rats an scorpians, just about breaks every law the Monks ever wrote in the Bible about human health.
So as you can plainly see, I know nothing about Chinese methods of healing...I have only used one of their herbs with any success at all and otherwise totally uliterate to their methods/formulas.
I suggest when in China, do as China does. In the USA, do as Christopher did and others that beleived in local simplistic herbs.
BOOK I ??????????????????????
Blows them all away....if anyone understands BOOK I, then they have no health questions....about that simple...
Add to BOOK I water therapy such as the sitz bath, oregano oil, olive leaf and a few more pet herbs and methods and you have the BAREFOOT method of stumble through life and catch onto anything that works.
