I've done a one day fast before, then a three day, now I'm on day 8 of my juice fast. My body really is starting to act up and rebel and demand food now. When do we know if it's detox symptoms or just our body telling us it's time to break it? My body feels tired, shakey, dizzy, and not healthy or high AT ALL the way some people experience. I haven't had major detox symptoms, other than fatigue and soreness. I do have blood Sugar issues and adrenal fatigue...wondering if a fast can go too long for some?
