Re: Gently breaking 10 day water fast

More on my fast...

The first 7 days and almost 8 were pretty nice. I was able to do my 2 a day walks at a very strong pace and was pleasantly surprised at how i was able to breeze up the light-moderate hills. From comparisons with other fasts, i am pretty confident that the 2 a day 2-liter water enemas had a lot to do with this high level of comfort.

The evening of day 8 at the end of another brisk walk, my stomach sent my throat a little present, some acidy tasting substance(maybe acid?, maybe toxin filled bile?). In any case, this led me to take it easier from that point on, hoping to keep that from kicking up any more.

Day 9 i had a little bit of this taste, but walked slower as a precaution, and actually felt weaker as if i couldn't breeze up the hills even if i was willing to push myself and tempt the negative reaction.

Day 10, a repeat of day 9 with even less of an acid taste, partly perhaps because i was taking it easier. But still feeling pretty weak, not like days 1-8.

To turn this into a question, would you think i was having some kind of a minor healing crisis in the last couple of days? Is the acid in the throat in itself indicative of a healing crisis? Is the feeling of weakness?
