I've been applying Mg oil on my hands and feet. Those are the only areas that don't sting. I'm going to experiment with the bath and foot soak as well.
I have not tried the Mg Chloride orally yet. 200mg is about the limit I can do orally w/o having diaherra, although the stool is still very loose and my stomach still rumbles. I'm not sure if it's this specific form of Mg (Mg Citrate) not compatible to me, or just orally in general is bad because of my IBS. I'm going to skip the oral route and stick with the oil for the next two weeks and see what happen.
