If the veggie soup made u feel blah, chicken or eggs or a sandwich which are even heavier would probably make u feel even worse. I would personally go with more of the soup before climbing higher up the difficulty of digestion chart. If you did eat these heavier foods, i would do so in extreme moderation, maybe a few bites and see how you feel in an hour before eating more.
Aside from making your belly feel bad, i'm not knowledgable on the specifics of what terrible things would happen, but i can pretty much guarantee you wouldn't die eating some chicken unless you ate far too much.
A 7 day fast isn't so short that you can emerge eating anything you want right away, but nor is it a 21 day fast where the necessary caution in "re-entry" would be exponentially more urgent, ie: following the 1 day for every 4 exit strategy i mentioned.
