I am on Day 17 and I have the same issue - certain smells or sights of food give me minor hunger pains or cravings every once in a while to this day.
The key is the sensations are exclusive to the stomach and they go away. True hunger is something which is felt almost in your whole body, is not discomforting, and almost instinctively and deliberately drives you to eat. And it's not something you can ignore and it goes away.
