Re: nasal polyps and impaired sense of smell.any suggestions?

Hi Josey,

I had endoscopic sinus surgery in Jan 2003 which caused me to develop polyps. Steroids would reduce the polyps, but they returned. My life was hell. I read everything regarding acidosis and realized that raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar would reverse acidosis. I drank a glass of water with one tablespoon of the vinegar 6 times a day. In one day, my polyps were gone. Also, baking soda, (read instructions)reverses acidosis. I use it at night and in the morning, always on an empty stomach. Only need to do it for 2 or 3 days. 80% of your diet should be alkaline forming foods (fruits and vegetables). Edgar Cayce has a list of acid and alkaline forming foods. Reversing acidosis is key. God bless you.
