The "experts"

This is getting old.. but thought you may get a kick out of this...
I was told again this week that I am 2 thin(getting used to that - @ 5'11" 155lbs I do look thin next to a SAD American)... and that cooked food is much better for me than RAW... sigh....

I believe the experts are lost again... I cannot imagine what they are attempting to theorize with that ridiculous statement?
If you kill the enzymes, and chemically alter the minerals and vitamins with heat..... it's a LOT of extra work for us to even come close to using part of it... likely.. its mostly eliminated in the urine...
I eat this type of stuff up... it motivates me to stay raw for EVER....!!! I have to heal.. prove them all wrong..!
I also have to stop listening to overweight folks with shakey hands and parts missing from their digestive system....LOL..
