Alpha company will "TRAIN" to confiscate weapons in Caroll, Iowa.

In April, the National Guard will "train" to confiscate weapons in a small town (population less than 10,000 in 2003) in Iowa.

After the initial trial of the full exercise, there were email protests. A decision to "scale down" the exercise was made, but...now we know their intentions.
