I need your advice...I am trying to fix my bad eating habits...
OK, BOOK I PRETTY MUCH EXPLAINS THE FACTS OF EATING.
I dont know why but since forever I have had an insane appetite...eating very fast and all...I am trying to cut down my food intake from 4-5 times a day to lets say 1-2 max.(i hope i don't sound crazy)
1 MEAL DAILY IS GOOD
When I eat late sometimes I experiences stomach pain in the morning for a bit...but when I don't eat much and don't eat later I feel so energetic!

How would you recommend to lower my hunger? I know it probably isn't a need for my body but an addiction since I am used to eat a lot.
I WOULD START BY DOING A 21-40 DAY ORANGE JUICE FAST AND THAT WAY YOU BREAK THE HABITS IF YOU WANT TO AND YOU KNOW YOUR STOMACH IS REPAIRED AND "FAKE" HUNGER ELIMINATED.
Maybe by eating less I could control lower my stomach acid so it wouldn't burn my stomach lining.... If I eat late.
EAT 1 MEAL DAILY, THAT SETS YOUR STOMACH FREE FOR 18 HOURS...THAT IS THE EASIEST OF ALL METHODS TO IMPROVE HEALTH.
I don't eat meat...only fish
LAST TIME I CHECKED, THAT DEAD FISH WAS DEAD BECAUSE OF ITS MEAT...
and not much...but its hard to satisfy yourself with only veggies...
NOT A VEGGIE FAN HERE....PEOPLE WOULDN'T EAT THE THINGS VERY MUCH IF THEY COULD NOT COOK THEM AND COVER THEM IN SALT/PEPPER AND BUTTER.
and sometimes fast food gets into the way!
FAST FOOD IS THE PLAGUE OF THE WORLD AND ELIMINATED 80% OF THE COOKS AS THE LAZT OLE GOOZE TAKES THE EASIEST PATH.
Another example of a bad eating habit is when i go to my parents place....food is so good and i know i am satisfied but I go on......and eat more...!
GRANNIES HOUSE IS USUALLY KNOWN FOR COOKIES, MILK AND ICE CREAM....IDENTIFYING THEM SELVES AS THE GENERATION THAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT WE HAVE TODAY.

EATING HABITS ARE LEARNED FROM AN EARLY AGE. OFTEN WE LIKE WHAT OUR MOTHERS ATE WHILE WE WERE IN THE WOMB. FOODS EATEN BY AGE 5 MAY STAY WITH US FOR A LIFETIME.....BRINGING BACK FOND MEMORIES JUST BY THEIR SMELL.
IF A PERSON IS SINGLE, THEY HAVE IT MADE:
THROW AWAY EVERYTHING IN THE KITCHEN YOU CALLED FOOD AND BUY YOUR FOOD SUPPLY 1 WEEK AT A TIME. MOST EVERYTHING YOU BUY WON'T LAST 1 WEEK WITH OUT SPOILING.
MAKE YOUR HOUSE THE SAFE SPOT AND WHEN AWAY FROM HOME, DON'T WORRY ABOUT WHAT YOU AT, BUT A LEAST MAKE YOUR HOME YOUR PLACE OF REFUGE.
KEEP THE LBB HANDY AND WITH EACH BAD MEAL, TAKE 2 LBB AND ALL SHOULD BE OK. THE BETTER YOU EAT, THE LESS LBB YOU NEED, ABOUT THAT SIMPLE. OTHERWISE BOOK I IS ALL YOU NEED AND IGNORE THE FOOD COMBINATIONS AT THE END OF THE BOOK. THE AUTHOR ONLY RECCOMENDS THE MONO RAW DIET, NOTHING ELSE.
