Blood testing MUST be done for accurate levels

Hair analysis is not accurate - hair is months/years old and will not show your body's current status.

Please get a chemistry screen as well as an endocrine panel run by your physician.

Excess Mg will contribute to kidney stones, especially if your Ca is unregulated. Depending on the primary blood results, you may need to have specific parathyroid markers checked too.

If your serum Ca truly is low, your parathyroids may be underfunctioning.
