Re: help!! can colon hydrotherapy be dangerous? I'm worried...

i have done colonics... but personally I now believe they are degenerative to healing. I believe the body lines its bowels with mucoid plaque in order to protect itself from that which goes putrid in the bowels.

I have noticed from my own experience that the body will naturally release this plaque on its own when the body is ready.

I had once done a two week plus diet of raw vegetables and fruit and juicing. During this time I was rebounding for half an hour twice a day. Anyway one day as I was rebounding I released around 10 pounds of mucoid plaque. It didnt look like it did in the videos. Aswell during this time I had enormous amounts of energy.

Now I dont intend to tell you to not to do colonics, but rather give you a different perspective.
