Anyone know how to dry out a wet solution?

so i am making my own calcium/mag/potassium/sodium ascorbate.

its actually very easy to do. just mix calcium carbonate/mag carbonate/ pot carbonate/ sodium carbonate with ascorbic acid in water. voila. the acid burns off the carbon which disappears as gas, and the metal ions bind to the ascorbic acid.

but then you have a wet solution. i would like to dry that solution out, so i could store it as a dry powder and use it as wanted.

anyone have an idea of how to dry it out? i guess i could just cook it, but not sure thats ideal?
