Sara, keep it simple. (PS, no one is laughing at you. I've been encouraging you --here and elsewhere- to get simple, and to listen to your own inner wisdom.)

I think you may need to read these posts over a few times, because when a person is overloaded, and stressed with believing they've come close to death, they are also mentally rather unable to take in what is said that's of value, and usually will keep asking the same questions, and repeating the same information about what they *did*.

Regardless of what things you've done up to now, (and it was good to know) now is another, fresh moment. so start now.

If you are not able to eat much now, don't eat. Chris is absolutely right that you would be doing the best to stop all eating--it's just sort of common sense--but again, we all have bought the idea that we need to keep eating....it's simply not true.

to cleanse the bowels
Try the salt water flush. 2 tsp. in 32 ounces of boiled water. Warm or hot, whichever you prefer...best is the gentle way probably, --->>> warm.

It is a very old (respected) way of cleansing the entire tract, top to bottom. Make sure it's best quality Sea Salt (as I said before: not the white stuff, even if they call it "sea salt". It has to be the best you can get.)


When the flush starts working (and it's sort of fun actually, because it's such a relief--and EASY)then you sip plain boiled water>>> About the same amount (or at least half as much, that is 16 ounces min.) over a period of an hour or so--and by then you usually feel quite good. And empty.

Then it would be ideal to water fast.
you only need to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) once, if you go directly to water fasting.

Second best (and it may be a FAR less helpful thing)
would be to have clear mineral broths, and no herbs.
really, you only need water, but the broths would just give you a little nourishment--if the water only fast scares you.

If you get the time to read the natural hygienists about water fasting, you will come to understand clearly that is is a *real break* for the body.

I think much of these problems have resulted from not taking the time to study what you are doing. and simply thinking more (cleansing, herbs, whatever) is better.



Some people do absolutely fine with all the cleansing stuff mh recommends... though it does get very confusing if you are feeding the body lots of herbs to "rebuild it" while you are trying to clear and cleanse it at the same times. But really, it's not good to do a little of this, a little of that, if the sum of it all is a whole bunch of different inputs and cleanses.



Your body needs a break. So does your mind, I'm sure. all this 'curezoning' can sometimes get to be too much...

that's when I step back, and go meditate.
