lol, I grew up in Asia most of my childhood and never saw cereal for breakfast until my family moved back to Australia. We always had rice, eggs and veg for breakfast. I never ate breakfast after moving back to Aus cause I could never stomach anything sweet in the morning. We thought fruitloops were treats you had on your birthday, not something you would eat everyday. Dairy did not play a big part in my diet as a child either. Now we are told that children need sooo much dairy per day for teeth and bones. I had very little dairy and have never had a cavity in my life , I'm 41. If sugar was removed from childrens diets they would all have good teeth and wouldn't need so much dairy.
