Hi--I'm just curious since MH sells his products to the public and has some of his products encapsulated at a factory--what kind of standards or inspection procedures do you have to meet in order to sell to general public? I know you source your herbs from good (top) sources (and don't irradiate them) but do you ever get spot checks from an outside source (FDA)or some other organization ? It seems with all the products/herbs etc being sold 'out there', you must have to meet some kind of inspection requirements so you're not liable if someone gets sick (think the salmonella outbreak in peanut butter) from one of your products. Just curious how you went about getting 'approval' to sell your things online/to resellers in your community etc. People who work as private chefs have to work out of commercial kitchens or in the client's home (not from their own home as it's not 'approved' as a place of business--sanitation reasons--so they say). Just wondering how your system works. Thanks for the info.
