After more than 30 flushes . . .

I've lost count over the years but I have done over 30 flushes -- probably more like 40. This was my first flush since last May and it was very productive so I wanted to post to all of those newbies.

I have been supplementing with Iodine and Trapper's SSKI and haven't been flushing as regularly as I used to. Some think if you use Iodine, you won't produce stones. Not true for me.

This was an amazing flush! Keep flushing people because even after all the monthly flushes I did for 1 year and a half and then maintenance flushes only, I must have passed 200 stones this morning (and afternoon) of all shapes, colors and sizes. I feel fabulous. I do the traditional Andreas flush and think it's the best for me. I also drink ACV every day so I didn't need to supplement with apple juice. Wow. It was amazing. Keep flushing!
