Thank you both for responding. :)I really appreciate any help and generosity right now as I'm fairly scared.
I am under the impression that I shouldn't do too many flushes right away, and maybe it isn't the best thing to do any type of flush while in pain. My pain isn't as intense today, but I had a good shot of pain after dinner for about 30 mins or so. For dinner I had organic beets, carrots, and salmon. Was the salmon the culprit? The pain tends to be in my back for the most part, especially when I lean to the left.
Did the both of you, or anyone else for that matter, experience the same symptoms? How long did these symptoms last, or what is the normal period of time such symptoms are to last? Has anyone visited: http://gallbladderattack.com/gallbladderdiet.shtml
and used any of the advice or products offered? I started to adjust my diet a bit more after going to that site, as you can tell I started with the beets and carrots today.
