Re: Why 10 pm for flush?

The timings were originally worked out to coincide with a period of rest with some very ill patients, hence he inclusion of a sleeping draft in the protocol, and it may reduce the risk associated with de-hydration and the resulting unsteadiness. Timing of medical treatment in coordination with the body clock may significantly increase efficacy and reduce toxicity or adverse reactions. 10.00 pm happens to coincide with the natural of blood movement (part of what is called the Circadian Rhythm) because about this time blood concentration move away from the brain and large muscles to the internal organs. It can be argued that from 10.00 pm to 2.00 am the next day our organs and at 11.00 pm are concentrated in the are in a heightened state to support the liver-flush.

It has been stated that there is no better way to avoid the liver disease rather than preventing the disease as early as possible. And sleep is essential thing we must do to prevent liver disease as from 11.00pm till 01.00am, de-toxification process in our livers occur.
