Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) It works
My breath and my body odor reached places before I did. They could be smelled a mile away until I tried this routine: I have suffered so much with this problem that now that I found the root of the problem and the solution I want to share it with all the people who have the same problem and are desperate to find a solution.
Please, follow these steps and your body and breath will stop smelling.
1- Have a colon and whole body cleanse (the kid is sold at every place they sell vitamins).
2- Take zinc pills. They will stop the smell right away, but will not go to the root of the problem.
3- Make gargles with Hydrogen peroxide. All the old bacteria will die and the bad smell will be gone leaving you with a fresh breath, but the root of the problem is still there.
Very important step: No more body odor!!!
4-Take Vitamin (B6) Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, and Multi-Enzymes and Probiotics Formula. I use Rexal, sold at Walmart. It works perfectly, but you can go to your regular drugstore and buy any Formula of enzymes and probiotics.
According to people who know, body odor comes from lack of enzymes, probiotics and stomach acids to digest proteins and fats, that will go to the intestine without being digested and into the boodstream along with fecal matters that make the body smell, So, you need to take Vitamin B6 plus multi enzymes and probiotics as directed by the manufacturer. This will help you digest your proteins and fats and the problem is solved. .
If you only have bad breath, and it continues after following these steps, probably it comes from cavities. Visit your dentist. If you have crowns, probably the cavity is under the crown.
I forgot to tell that eating foods with soy protein in it makes the problem worse. At least it did to me. I had to be reading labels all the time. I am still afraid of soy and still read labels.
Fast food chains put soy in almost everything they make to cover for all the chemicals they put in the food.
What it means to me is that undigested fat and proteins are the problem.
When I ate anything with soy the smell of my body was umbearable, so try avoiding soy in your diet.
I am not certified in anything that has to do with diets. I am telling you that after more years and years of investigating what was missing in my body that made it smell, I came to the conclusion that it was more stomach acids to digest fats and proteins. And it is working perfectly. Still, I am going to add B2 because it helps B6 to work better and helps with digestion of proteins and fats too.
