So, I take it, both bitter & sour (i.e. bile & citrus) each have the properties of emulsifying fats?

Because I find that when I ingest fat-calcium combo's, my body stiffens in pain & locks up. (i.e. pizza, ice cream, milk chocolate). This also happens when eating nuts, licorice twists, or alot of potato chips.

Can ingestion of lemon, olive oil, and olive leaf extract counteract this ill effect?

I also wonder how L-Carnitine compares.
