thanks - what about CAT scans - tiny veins?

A year ago I had a pelvic CAT scan (due to my urethral bleeding). The test results were "normal".

Just today, in addition to pelvic CAT scan, I had an abdominal CAT scan, due to my recent nocturnal abdominal pains & heaviness, and also as followup to my recent urinary tract infection. However, because of my tiny veins they were unable to IV contrast. Would the results still be accurate?

Note that at least three "alternative" practitioners informed me that I have a sick liver.

Now here's what I'm faced with:
What if the CAT scan results state that I'm "normal" again. Do I believe it? Or do I believe the alternative pr's?
