I'm going to do the Holistic Horizons cleanse everyday for a month. I will alternate on fasting with green drinks on some days and taking a meal replacement liquid on others like the meal replacement from designinghealth.com called Omega 3 missing link. Does this sound like I may be on my way to vitamin deficiencies? I'm only going to do it for a month or so for a cleanse. Should I take Jarrow's Goat milk or should I eliminate it for the dairy aspect?
